Members of the Rotary Club of East Montgomery County showed up in true Kentucky Derby style for the District 5910 Governor Installation Luncheon! The event took place at the elegant Phillips Event Center in Bryan, TX, where we celebrated the installation of District Governor Charlie Gilliland. It was a day filled with tradition, fellowship, and festive flair!
