President/CEO of the East Montgomery County Improvement District (EMCID) Frank McCrady was the guest speaker at the March 1 Rotary luncheon. McCrady has spent 20 years at EMCID, strategically elevating the area to a community, ready for growth. McCrady gave Rotarians an overview of projects underway and those planned for the future.
