Established with a vision to serve and protect, the office has 50 sworn full-time deputies alongside dedicated reserve deputies and civilian staff. The Constable’s office serves as a vital hub for the civil process and Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4 bailiff duties.

Beyond its foundational responsibilities, the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office stands as a beacon of public safety, offering round-the-clock patrol coverage and a suite of specialized units including Criminal Investigations, K9, SRT (Special Response Team), SRG (Riot Team), I.C.A.C (Internet Crimes Against Children), Honor Guard, Drone Support, and Swift Water Rescue Operations. The scope and versatility of these services underscore the office's unwavering commitment to safeguarding the well-being and security of its constituents.

Elected to office in 2009, Constable Hayden has steered the department with a blend of leadership, dedication, and innovation. Under his stewardship, the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office has garnered a slew of accolades and recognitions, including the prestigious Diamond Hero Leadership Award in 2022 and 2023, as well as the distinction of being named Outstanding Law Enforcement Agency in the same years.
